John Zhang has a major in management and will be teaching Organisational Behaviour. In 2012, John has obtained the highest academic achievement (Dux) at Taylor’s College in Sydney. John deeply understands the struggles and challenges faced by international students during their studies. John believes that it is relatively challenging for international students from non-English background to develop a thorough understanding of management theories. However, with his interactive and bilingual teaching philosophy (English and Mandarin), he is capable in assisting students to achieve a stronger understanding in the subject of OB.
