John deeply understands the struggles and challenges faced by international students during their studies.  John believes that it is relatively challenging for international students from non-English background to develop a thorough understanding of management theories. However, with his interactive and bilingual teaching philosophy (English and Mandarin), he is capable in assisting students to achieve a stronger understanding in the subject of OB.</p>
